You have such talent! My rescue dog was 11 when I adopted her--and I have had her for two years. This lhasa apso is an enormous personality packed into 9 lbs!! Her name was Dorothy--but when the vet told me that I was misinformed by the rescue group ("This old gal is at least ten," he said) so I changed her name to Dottie. I dress her in wintertime in polka-dot sweaters, her collar and leash are polka-dotted, etc.. I am disabled with an illness that causes severe chronic pain--and this dog has been my darling, my comfort, my true north. She won't come when I call her. She refuses to learn to even sit. But when I am curled in pain she wiggles in next to me--she is more than a dog. She is my soulmate. I imagine her dressed in a lilac Jackie-O type coat, with a polka dotted scarf. Or maybe a simple angora cardigan, with pearls and a fascinator!! Thank you for your art!! It makes me smile!! I love your artwork! You have such talent!
